We would advise you to use a secure postage option which can be signed for and tracked or with a proof of postage.
- We will process your refund or exchange (when in stock) as soon as possible and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. Exchanges will be sent to the same delivery address at no additional cost. Contact us at email@example.com if an address change is required).

- Please use your preferred delivery of choice; you are required to affix the correct postage amount to return the goods from your post office to our depot at Homebody c/o Ethically Sourced Products, 30 Stonebridge road, Leicester LE5 3PA, UK
- Please indicate on the returns form inside the delivery box, the reason for the return.
- Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs taxes incurred due to the mislabelling of the package when making a return.
All returned goods must be in perfect condition, ‘unworn’, and in their original packaging, with all original tags attached and in perfect condition and they must be adequately protected in transit. Branded boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product. Items should be returned new and unused. We are unable to refund or exchange returns that are damaged, used or altered.

It is essential that you obtain from your post office a proof of posting certificate, proving that you posted the package back to us at our correct address, with the correct postage. If the package fails to arrive back at our warehouse we shall ask you for a copy of the proof of posting, and without this we shall be unable to provide an exchange or refund.
