How to beat January blues in 3 steps

So, let’s talk about the beginning of a new year and how to combat that feeling of ‘down in the dumps January’ - when the world outside seems cold and dark, sometimes the best thing to do is shut your door and settle into the comfiest cosiest clothing imaginable and cocoon mind and body into wellbeing.

With health and fitness being the buzzwords for January we often pressurise ourselves with those new year promises by joining a gym or jogging everyday, trying yoga, drinking less alcohol, eating leaves only, finding more time to do the things we love.

We all make lots of promises to ourselves that often by March are largely forgotten, as generally, it is one step too far for us to actually follow through those commitments.

It is often, however, the quiet adjustments to our lifestyle that can make all the difference to our everyday lives and wellbeing that are not so tough to put into place and to stick to throughout the year:
